Tricel Novo – Wastewater Treatment Plant
The Novo is reliable, easy to install and simple to maintain.
This wastewater treatment plant is made of strong & durable SMC. It comprises of three independent treatment zones or chambers: the primary settlement chamber, the aeration chamber, and the final settlement chamber.
It’s easy to install and no concrete backfill is required.
The Tricel Novo uses ceramic diffusers to supply air to the aeration chamber resulting in the activation of the bacteria and allowing them to feed on the waste. The ceramic diffuser lasts longer than the ones made of rubber which results in lower repairs cost. Moreover, all moving parts and pumps are kept outside the plant for easy access and reduced maintenance cost.
The full range of Tricel Novo can cater for 1 to 50 PE (Population Equivalent).
It has an overall efficiency of 95.9% BOD removal and complies with the EN12566-3 CE certification and the PIA Irish certification S.R. 66.

Tricel Tero – Tertiary Wastewater Treatment
Simple to install plug-and-play modular system, with minimum maintenance and operational costs.
The Tricel Tero is a Tertiary treatment plant designed to provide additional treatment of wastewater after a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) such as the Tricel Novo. The Tero module uses coconut fibre to treat the liquid effluent from the WWTP by means of biological, chemical and physical processes. This system is designed to work in perfect conjunction with the Tricel Novo wastewater treatment system but due to its simple connectivity point design, will work with the majority of other WWTP options.
The Tricel Tero is perfectly suited to sites with high water tables and limited percolation area. This modular system is simple to install above ground, with minimum excavation and a reduced requirement in soil depth. The certified treatment capabilities for E.coli reduces the soil requirement from 900mm to 600mm, saving cost and time for installation. It is also proven to perform well with intermittent and seasonal flow requirements.
The Tero module system is easily scalable and can accommodate a large range of PE requirements.
It complies with the EN12566-7 CE certification.

Tricel Puraflo – Secondary Wastewater Treatment
This modular system is simple to install above or below ground, requires minimum maintenance and has a very low running cost.
Designed to work as a secondary treatment plant, located after a septic tank such as the Tricel Vento. The Puraflo module uses coconut fibre to treat the liquid effluent from a septic tank. The effluent is filtered through and treated thanks to a biological, chemical and physical process. It is perfectly suited for compact and sensitive sites as well as intermittent & seasonal flows. It is also ideal for upgrading existing septic tanks. The Puraflo modules can be added to one another to allow for large PE requirements.
It complies with the EN12566-3 CE certification and with the PIA Irish certification S.R. 66.

Tricel Vento – Septic Tank
Made of high-density polyethylene, the Tricel Vento is strong, durable and lightweight.
Its low profile allows for small excavations. Its dimension ranges from 2.7m long x 1.19m wide x 1.44m height for a capacity of 3,000 litre (Vento 6 PE) to 2.43m long x 1.85m wide x 1.54m height for a capacity of 5,000 litre (Vento 20 PE).
The Tricel Vento is reliable, efficient and easily transported. It is also very reasonably priced.
It is perfectly suitable to work alongside a Tricel Puraflo & a Soil Polishing Filter.

Tricel Sandcel – Sand Polishing Filter
Designed as a tertiary treatment plant, the Sandcel is made from GRP panels giving its strength and durability.
Sandcel Sand Polishing Filter offers a dual functionality of polishing the effluent & disposing into groundwater. Layers of pea gravel and certified sand are used inside the GRP panels as per the EPA Code of Practice.
It is ideal for smaller sites as it is discharged to a gravel base underneath the filter box.
The sand filter can be installed above or below ground catering for a varying of heights to suit all site conditions.
Tricel Sandcel meets the EPA Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems Serving Single Houses (p.e. ≤ 10) 2009” standards.
